Beef Bone Broth

Slow cooked for 12 hours, with warming spices (star anise and cloves), this broth will help restore you in your weeks postpartum.  Rich in vitamins, minerals and collagen to encourage muscle recovery. 

Suggested serving: fill a mug or small mason jar with 1/2 cup bone broth, top it with boiling water  - enjoy immediately, once per day.  Enjoy within 5 days, or freeze (in cubes) up to 3 months.
